He was currently attending a Japanese language school in Tokyo, and upon graduation, I was looking for a job as his first career after coming to Japan. The hiring company made an offer to him after evaluating her technical skills and the fact that he had done well in a difficult technical test despite his Japanese language disadvantage.

He also appreciated the company's culture and the interviewer's responsiveness to employees, which led to his acceptance of the offer. After joining the company, he has been working hard to improve his Japanese language skills by taking Japanese lessons. As he was originally a foreign student on a college student visa, we worked with our partner, an administrative scrivener, to help him change visa status to a technical visa.
