He has been developing mainly using JAVA at an SES company until now.
He started his job search because he wanted to work on a larger project and experience the upstream process.
He had high communication skills and had received job offers from three other companies, but finally decided to join the company we proposed.
The reasons for his decision were that he could participate in a large-scale project at a large SES company and that he could work at the company for a long time with a good benefits package.
Although all of the other companies he was offered were SES, the lower salary during the waiting period and the possibility of a nationwide relocation were the points he turned down.
