TechnoPro Design is an integrated technology solutions company established in 1997, Headquarters is located in Roppongi. They focus on four areas: AI and Data Science, Software, Electrical and Electronics, and Machinery, and there are over 7000 engineers. You can collaborate and  work with major manufacturers in the automotive, home appliances, and medical industries to develop their business with technology.   So if you have interest in creating new business and if you have Japanese proficiency(more than N2 level) , solutions and systems with the manufacturing industry, this is a good place to be. ・Work Style

How to work here is engineer Joined client’s project and develop system and work style will be decided(remote/Hybrid/office) depending on the project and position you belong to. 

HR and project team make enough time for discussion with candidates about projects you’ll be assigned according to your needs. So they can offer various projects depending on your needs and offer better work options.  Most employees live within commuting distance of their designated office and work as Partial Remote.

※Depends on the project you’ll belong to. 

9:00-18:00 (8 hours of actual work)

Average monthly overtime: approximately 20 hours per month

TechnoPro Design uses Japanese as their primary language.

※More than business japanese level is required
