【Osaka】Mechanical Design engineer with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA ［Entertainment Company］

【Overview】

A large-scale theme park built around the theme of movies. The original theme park is located in Hollywood, the center of the U.S. film industry. It opened in Japan in March 2001 as its first overseas entry.

With the launch of projects for seasonal events such as Halloween, Christmas, and Cool Japan, you will be primarily responsible for the development of show control systems, electrical control design and control panel production for mechanical items, and technical support for each component of the show.

ハロウィンやクリスマスといったシーズナルイベントの開発プロジェクトにおいて、メカニカルアイテム（演出のための動作機構）の設計・製作・設置に関する業務を担っていただきます。メカニカルアイテムの仕様の決定から、発注業務・設計業務・施工管理・各種安全に関する試験対応など、様々なタスクを総合的に実施・管理する業務です。

■【Responsibilities】

・Vendor management in processes such as electrical control design and control panel production/installation
・Review of design drawings, construction plans, etc. submitted by vendors
・Preparation of engineering documents and application for approval to safety audit department
・Create and execute plans for on-site acceptance tests

・メカニカルアイテムの設計・製作・設置などのプロセスにおけるベンダーマネジメント

・ベンダーから提出された設計図書（図面・強度計算書）、施工計画などのレビュー

・製作されたメカニカルアイテムの受入テストの実施

■【Requirements】

・Those who have work experience in electrical control design for mechanical devices and plant equipment, etc.

・Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a mechanical/structural related field.

・Experience with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA preferred, other CAD software also acceptable

・Knowledge/experience in structural strength calculations
 

・機械・構造に関する分野での4年制単科大学あるいは大学の学士号をお持ちの方

※SOLIDWORKS, CATIAの使用経験があれば優遇、他CADソフトでも可

・構造強度計算の知識/経験

4M~6M JPY Annual salary 

■【Work Environment】

・Location：Osaka

・Working Hours：9:30-18:30 (8 hours of actual work) Average monthly overtime: approximately 20 hours per month

・Primary Language：Japanese and English as their primary language
