【職務内容】

岡山第一工場にて、新製品の試作・立ち上げの業務を行って頂きます。
製品は、精密部品・コネクターとなります。
スタッフ～担当課長のポジションで、今までの生産技術・品質管理・生産管理等の経験を活かして頂きたいです。

【具体的には】
・新製品試作、立上げ業務（新製品の試作の全体コーディネート）
・試作品の不良解析、分析
・試作結果のとりまとめ
・顧客、社内他部門（金型、製造）とのやりとり

【必要経験】
・生産技術、品質管理、生産管理等の経験

【歓迎経験】
・電気・電子部品業界経験
・製造経験
