Description

We’re looking for a skilled AI Developer who speaks [中国語 & English] or [中国語 & Japanese] to join team for new product. You’ll work flexibly and remotely on a monthly renewable contract. If you're passionate about cutting-edge AI and want to shape a product that leverages AI for strategic decision-making, we’d love to hear from you! This is a consulting startup with its headquarters in Tokyo. However, the position is fully remote, allowing you to work from overseas.

【Role Details and Compensation】

We’re looking for a skilled AI Developer to join our team and collaborate closely with our lead AI expert on an exciting new product. In this role, you’ll handle the end-to-end development of AI features, from model selection and implementation to continuous evaluation and optimization.

・Contract Basis(Freelance 業務委託ベース : Monthly renewal.)

・Fluent in 中国語 and English or Fluent in 中国語 and 日本語

・Full-remote, Flex

・Minimum working hours: 4 hours/day = 80 hours/month

・Hourly Rate: ¥8,000(JPY) - ¥10,000(JPY) 

which equates to a monthly total of ¥640,000 – ¥ 800,000 based on expected work hours (approximately 80 hours/month).

・The start date is flexible, but we expect it to be in January or February, ideally as early as possible.

 

【Skills】

Looking for an engineer who;

1. can commit full time (4〜 hrs/day), remotely

2. are familiar with handling AI APIs, including prompt engineering, batch query, cached results, etc

3. has expertise in data science and machine learning

4. are familiar with organizing/querying graph DB, using Neo4j

【Team】

We are a small team of 4 members.
The team leader is Japanese, and we also have a Chinese AI engineer on the team. Additionally, there are two contract engineers.

For this role, you will be expected to act as a bridge between the leader and the Chinese team member. This requires communication in Chinese with the Chinese team member. Meanwhile, communication with the Japanese leader will need to be conducted in English or Japanese.
