IT Administrator(Cloud & Security) (Freelance, Full-Remote)

We are looking for a IT Administrator (Cloud & Security) (Contract / Remote) to handle AWS / GCP access management and API key operations for our rapidly growing infrastructure.

As our team expands and new applications are introduced, we often need quick and efficient setup of cloud permissions, API keys, and security configurations. In the long run, we also want to strengthen security assessments and infrastructure stability.

Currently, we are in a fast-paced environment where new prototypes are constantly being developed. This requires frequent instance creation, IAM role management, API key issuance for new AI models, and secure storage management (e.g., 1Password).

【Required Skills & Experience】

1. Cloud Management

• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations and management with AWS/GCP
• Design and management of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

2. Security Assessment & Operations

• Security assessments for cloud environments and internal systems (e.g., vulnerability scanning, log monitoring)
• Basic knowledge of security standards such as SOC2, ISO27001, and CIS Benchmark
• Experience in endpoint security management (EDR, MDM)

【Role Details】

• Manage AWS / GCP accounts and access permissions (IAM, Roles, Policies)
• Handle API key issuance and secure storage (e.g., 1Password)
• Set up cloud environments for new projects and applications
• Conduct security assessments and risk management for cloud infrastructure
• Optimize and enhance infrastructure operations for better stability

【Compensation】

• Long-term collaboration preferred
• Minimum working hours: 3 hours/day = around 60 hours/month
• Hourly Rate: ＄30-40(USD)/ hour
• Contract Basis(Freelance 業務委託ベース : Monthly renewal.)
• Fluent in English ※No Japanese skill required
• Full-remote, Work from overseas, Flexible working hours
