Employment Details
Trial Period: 3 months (no change in employment conditions during the trial period)

Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥260,000 and above (Base Salary: ¥193,000)

Salary may vary between ¥260,000 and ¥400,000 depending on evaluation during the offer period

The starting salary is the same regardless of university or vocational school background

Salary Reviews: 4 times per year based on performance

Bonuses: Performance-based incentives provided separately
