【Full remote】EPM and Data Analysis Consultant

■ Job Description
As experts in management accounting and planning operations, you will support clients in resolving their business challenges through digital transformation (DX). Leveraging multidimensional data analysis, you will lead projects by providing consulting services, overseeing system implementation (design and business testing), and taking an active role in project management.

■ Specific Responsibilities
・Assist in formulating the overall concept for business transformation in core system implementation projects.
・Support the analysis of various operations and business process reengineering (assisting in business improvement).
・Provide support for visualizing management, management accounting, production planning, and other areas through the effective use of data.
・Project management.
・Assist in tasks related to core system implementation projects, such as production management system setup.
・Conduct basic design and development for add-on functionalities.

【Required (MUST)】
We are looking for individuals who have knowledge in accounting/planning operations or hold a Level 2 or higher certification in bookkeeping, and who also have over 3 years of development experience in the following areas:
- Experience in Waterfall development
- Development experience regardless of programming language, and a continued interest in system development.

【Preferred (WANT)】
We welcome individuals with the following experience and expertise:
- Architecture design and development in multidimensional databases (Cube)
- Certification in either Board or Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Experience with CCH Tagetik
- Holder of a PM (Project Manager) qualification.
