Core Business DX Project Manager and Senior SE

You will be involved in system development projects for planning, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining core business system applications.

<Project Details>
- Development tasks primarily focus on designing and developing ERP systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, OutSystems, as well as scratch development in languages like Java, C#, .net.
- We also handle a wide range of projects including low-code development, agile development, ETL tools, CRM, among others.
- We receive orders from system subsidiaries that work closely with end-users, as well as from major SIers and consulting firms that handle a wide range of processes from upstream to downstream.
- There are also some prime projects, and we are dedicated to further increasing the ratio of prime projects in the future.]

【Required】

- 5 years or more of development experience (in Java, C#, or PLSQL)
- Experience spanning multiple stages in the entire process from requirement definition to maintenance
- 5 years or more of management experience (on the contracting side)
- 5 years or more of experience in requirement definition for accounting, sales, financial insurance, or inventory management

【Preferred】

- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience as a System Architect
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of ERP systems
