【Tokyo】UI/UX designer

- Agile development in a Scrum team
  - Conducting interviews with clients and proposing hypotheses from a UX perspective
  - Creating personas and journey maps
  - Developing screen transition diagrams (UI flows)
  - Creating wireframes (functional designs)
  - Designing UI for iOS, Android, and web (responsive) applications
- Establishing design systems and component designs
- UX research

We also have large-scale projects with a high number of users, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in UX design from the upstream stages of such projects. We are looking for individuals who approach design from a user-centric perspective, can logically explain "why this design," and are adept at hypothesis testing based on design thinking. We would be delighted to have such individuals join our team.

【Required (MUST)】
- 5 years or more of practical design experience using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD
- 2 years or more of practical experience in designing and leading customer experiences and user interfaces that form the basis of digital touchpoints such as websites, native apps, and open systems
- Basic knowledge about markup (within the scope of collaboration with engineers)
- Strong belief in incorporating a user-centric perspective
