【Looking for Node.js engineer】Product company(tech lead position)

【Job Description】

You will be responsible for developing the backend of our in-house product, a chat-based talent matching service called "WORKCANVAS," using Node.js. As part of our business expansion, you will be involved in the design, development, testing, and improvement of new features, as well as enhancements to existing functionalities. This includes:

- Development of automation and efficiency features for chat communication.
- Visualization and data analysis platform construction for the matching process.
- Development of features to enhance matching accuracy through accumulation and utilization of communication logs.
- Coding with a focus on maintainability and availability, and conducting tests to ensure quality.
- Launching of new services in new domains (planned).
- System development, maintenance, and improvement in two-week sprints, while maintaining a certain percentage of development time. You will also be responsible for code reviews of other team members' work.

As an example, some of the things we'd like to work on include:

- Updating the development environment (such as creating an environment optimized for development through LINE).
- Updating the management methods for design markups (such as introducing/improving tool adoption and operation flows).
- Elaborating on development guidelines (such as updating implementation concepts).
- Transitioning to frontend technologies like Vue.js, etc.

- Monitoring: Datadog, CloudWatch, MontiAPM

【Required Skills】

- Strong alignment with the company's mission and values.

- 5 years or more of development experience.
- 3 years or more of experience in system design and DB design.
