You will be in charge of analyzing business-side requirements for both existing business operations and new business development initiatives promoted by this company. This includes everything from technology selection to frontend and backend design and implementation, as well as managing development partner companies.

We leverage existing business assets for business development and collaborate with clients to create new services. 【Open Position: Senior Project Manager】

【Job Description】

- Analyze business-side requirements for new and existing business development initiatives promoted by this company and oversee all aspects of system development.
- Requirement definition, technology selection, management of development outsourcing, project management and system development, as well as overall risk analysis and contingency plan creation.
- Collaborate with  R&D and investment departments to actively introduce cutting-edge technologies.

【Ongoing Projects】

- Promoting DX in the real estate industry (new and used sales, brokerage).
- Brain MRI diagnostic business in the medical and healthcare field.
- Food delivery service for food and beverage establishments.
- New services related to payments and advertising.
→ After joining the company, you will be assigned to one of the above projects based on your experience.

【Project Details Example】

- Project: DX Promotion Project in the Real Estate Industry
- Team Composition: 5 business development members, 3 engineering managers, 10-15 development members.
- Project Progress:
  - Three sub-projects segmented based on the characteristics of the service are being progressed simultaneously.
  - Supervise the project as a project manager connecting key business members of our company with engineering managers.
  - Promote the project in collaboration with engineering managers after understanding requests from customers and business development strategies.

【Career Path】
- With the expansion of this organization, you will aim to become a Senior Project Manager or Executive Project Manager overseeing multiple projects.
- If the service you are in charge of becomes independent, it is also possible to consider secondment as a founding member according to your wishes.

- Fundamental knowledge and experience in computer science.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud systems (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in managing system development projects.
- Ability to grasp the value of technology from a business perspective.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills.
