【About DG Technology Department】
The DG Technology Department is responsible for technology implementation across Digital Garage as a whole, and manages various projects and products from a technical perspective across departments.

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements related to existing business operations and new business development, and will be in charge of overall system development management, including technology selection, frontend/backend design and implementation, and directing development partner companies.

We aim to develop new businesses using cutting-edge technologies, provide them as products or services, and contribute to society. We create new services through leveraging existing business assets and collaborating with clients. One of our strengths is the ability to incorporate the latest technologies through collaboration with research and development organizations and startup investments.

【Job Details】

You will join the product development team of various companies/business units within the Digital Garage Group, and take on a role primarily focused on UX/UI design, utilizing internal and external resources. We expect you to lead projects with a role as a UX Architect, structurally addressing challenges and aiming to improve customer experience through various approaches such as information design, interaction design, wireframe creation, design direction, and qualitative research (as per your preference).

- New development of Fintech products (multiple)
- New development and growth of DX platforms in the real estate industry
- Platform and product development in the Web3 field
→ After joining the company, you will be assigned to one of the above projects based on your experience.

【Career Path】

- Career advancement as a UX Designer (such as Executive UI/UX Designer).
- If the service you are in charge of becomes a separate company, it is possible to consider secondment or transfer as a founding member according to your preference.

【Qualifications】

◆ Please submit a portfolio or other materials that demonstrate your work when applying.

【Required】

- Proficient in information design and UI design for web applications (2 years or more).
- Proficient in information design and UI design for smartphone applications (2 years or more).
- Experience using the latest design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Experience creating prototypes using design tools like Figma.
- Experience in directing external partners.

【Preferred】

- Experience working in contract production companies, design agencies, etc.
- Experience analyzing user issues based on UX research.
- Experience in UI design.
- Experience in building and operating design systems.
- Basic knowledge and development experience in web frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
