【Job Description】

**Background:**
Since its release in September 2018, Web Auto Robot "AUTORO" has been adopted by over 130 companies, including growing enterprises. In order to further increase the number of users and realize a "society with room to spare," it is necessary to develop new features with a sense of speed and to stably maintain and operate existing features. In this role, we are seeking a full-stack engineer who will not only work on front-end and back-end development but also handle the infrastructure. In this position, you will be involved in all phases of SaaS product development, from planning and design to development and operation.

**Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for defining specifications, implementing, and testing new products and features with a sense of agility. This includes development of the entire web application, including the infrastructure.

**Specifically:**
- Define and develop new feature requirements
- Front-end and back-end development
- Infrastructure setup, maintenance, and monitoring
- Project management for development projects
- Propose and plan new features and developments
- Full product development from scratch (requirements definition to development to operation)
- Conducting hearings with clients and internal team members to define specifications

As mentioned below, we operate services on GCP and perform development using Docker and Kubernetes. We also use Cloud SQL for relational database schema design (tables, indexes, etc.). You will be involved in designing test cases such as unit tests, integration tests, and system tests, and will work on test automation. Additionally, you will create documents using UML and ER diagrams.

**Qualifications (Required):**
- Server-side development experience (language used is not specified)
- Experience in JavaScript development
- Experience in setting up infrastructure on GCP or AWS
- Experience using Docker

- For non-Japanese speakers, proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or higher.

**Qualifications (Preferred):**
- Skills in multiple web development frameworks (front-end + back-end)
- Communication in English for reading and writing

【Salary】:
Annual salary of ¥5.4 million to ¥12 million
*Salary is based on an annual system (1/12 paid monthly).
*Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, abilities, and current annual salary. Monthly salary includes 40 hours of fixed overtime pay (additional overtime pay is provided separately).
