**Web Application Engineer**

**Role**:
You will play a central role in the development process, from system and service design to operation.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Propose ideas and brainstorm during the planning and proposal phase.
- Collaborate with other teams while considering feasibility.
- Development is managed in-house.
- From the proposal stage, constantly consider and experiment with further improvements and innovations for operation.

Client work involves direct transactions with a diverse range of customers, and the entire process of planning, development, and design is handled in-house. Each project may require a different team, so the engineer's area of responsibility varies from project to project.

Therefore, it's important for engineers to be able to work not only on specific technologies or areas of responsibility but also to be involved in development, including discussions and negotiations, from the phase of requirements definition and architecture design. Being able to output regardless of role in the project or team is crucial.

【Work Environment】

To maximize engineers' output, we provide the development environment each individual desires and purchase books and tools.

**Environment**:

- Standard equipment includes MacBookPro and external display. Paid tools such as IntelliJ and PhpStorm are also provided upon request.
- PC specs (CPU: Core i7, Memory: 16GB, Storage: SSD 512GB)

**Code Management**:

- GitHub is mainly used.

**Project Management**:

- We mainly use Backlog for in-house management, but depending on the project, we may use GitHub or Redmine, allowing you to choose freely.

**Infrastructure Environment**:

- We choose services according to the service, such as AWS.

**In-House Tools**:

- We use Google Workspace for groupware to manage email, calendars, and document management. Communication is done using Slack.

【Job Contents】

The job involves a wide range of activities as an engineer.

- Development of commissioned projects at TeamLab.
- Development of large-scale web applications.
- Infrastructure construction using AWS.
- Language: Java, Kotlin, PHP, JavaScript.
- Framework: Java (SpringBoot, PlayFramework), Kotlin (SpringBoot), PHP (Laravel, PhalconPHP), and others.
- Database: MySQL, MariaDB, Aurora, DynamoDB.
- Server OS: Amazon Linux, CentOS.

【Recruitment Information】

**Eligibility**:

No specific academic background or work experience is required. Candidates who can join from 2023 to 2024.

**Employment Type**:

TeamLab and its group company, TeamLab Engineering, conduct engineer recruitment as a group. Positions and affiliated companies are determined based on mathematical and programming abilities.

**Salary**:

Monthly salary of 250,000 to 550,000 JPY (Determined based on ability and skills).

**Working Hours**:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
