TeamLab's client work involves direct transactions with a diverse range of customers, and we handle all planning, development, and design in-house. We organize teams for each project, so roles may change from project to project, and engineers' areas of responsibility are diverse.

Therefore, it's important for engineers to not be bound by specific technologies or areas of responsibility. They should be involved in development, including discussions and negotiations, from phases such as requirements definition and architecture design, and be able to push development forward and output regardless of their role in the project or team.

【Working Environment】

To maximize engineers' output, we provide the development environment each individual desires and purchase books and tools.

**Environment**:

- Standard equipment includes MacBookPro and an external display. Paid tools such as IntelliJ and PhpStorm are also provided upon request.
- PC specs (CPU: Core i7, Memory: 16GB, Storage: SSD 512GB).

**Code Management**:

- GitHub is mainly used.

**Project Management**:

- We mainly use Backlog for in-house management, but depending on the project, we may use GitHub or Redmine, allowing you to choose freely.

**Infrastructure Environment**:

- We choose services according to the service, such as AWS.

**In-House Tools**:

- We use Google Workspace for groupware to manage email, calendars, and document management. Communication is done using Slack.

- Code reviews by lead engineers with extensive development experience at TeamLab.
- MacBookPro provided for development use.
- We provide the development environment and purchase books requested by each individual, as well as a system to support certification acquisition.

【Recruitment Information】

**Eligibility**:

No specific academic background or work experience is required. Candidates who can join from 2023 to 2024.

**Employment Type**:

TeamLab and its group company, TeamLab Engineering, conduct engineer recruitment as a group. Positions and affiliated companies are determined based on mathematical and programming abilities.

**Salary**:

Monthly salary of 250,000 to 550,000 JPY (Determined based on ability and skills).

**Working Hours**:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
