[Remote OK-SaaS] Application Architect (Ruby on Rails)

■ Job content

You will support the core of our in-house development service as an application architect.

In order to expand and grow the service, we will lead the application development from the technical point of view, introduce new technologies, and implement initiatives to improve the technical capabilities of our members.

【In particular】

● Development of applications to realize user requests, etc.
● Modifications to improve application quality
● Implementation of design and corrections to fundamentally solve bugs
● Collaboration with infrastructure engineers (Google Cloud Platform, hereinafter GCP) and propose optimal application architecture for applications running on public cloud
● Mentoring and guidance to other architects and engineers
● Other work incidental to the above

◼︎ Desired experience/skills

▼Mandatory requirements

● Over 5 years as an engineer or application (software) architect

● Experience in developing with JavaScript and Ruby on Rails (years do not matter)

● Experience in creating documents for UML (activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, state machine diagrams) and ER diagrams

● Non-functional requirements (availability, performance/scalability, operability/maintenance, migration, security, etc.)

experience in designing and implementing applications (especially applications in large-scale systems) considering

● Experience in application design and implementation with full consideration of abnormal systems

● Experience in developing Cloud Native applications on public clouds (GCP, etc.)

● Experience in training engineers and architects in the team

● Experience using GCP (especially Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL)

● Experience using Kubernetes and Docker

● Development experience using Vue.js and Node.js

● Experience in designing and implementing test automation and CI/CD mechanisms

● Experience in designing and implementing operational monitoring of systems or applications

● Achievements in giving and writing technical lectures at conferences, lectures, seminars, etc.

● Able to communicate in English reading and writing

● GCP-related qualifications (Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, etc.)

● Kubernetes-related qualifications (Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.)

● Those who have passed the advanced information processing engineer examination (system architect examination, etc.)
