Future Spirits support flexible work options and employees can work from either home or office depending on the task. Most employees live within commuting distance of their designated office and work as Partial Remote.

・Working Hours

9:30-18:30 (8 hours of actual work)

Average monthly overtime: approximately 20 hours per month
